We meet twice a month to share updates and upcoming events, hear from a speaker representing a community organization, and to connect with one another. Our speaker for this meeting will be Cheryl Lander, Co-Chair of Rotary District 5170’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee and President Nominee of Silicon Valley Rainbow Rotary in San Jose. Cheryl will be joining us virtually to cover how Rotary defines DEI, why it's important, and some next steps around DEI that clubs can do. Throughout her presentation she will weave in her own personal story and encourage discussion about what inclusion means to you.
