We meet once a month on the 2nd Monday to share updates and upcoming events, hear from a speaker representing a community organization, and to connect with one another. Upcoming events include volunteering and networking opportunities. A light dinner will be provided.

Our speaker will be Sophia Prieto Guzman, Volunteer Services Lead Outreach Coordinator at Just in Time for Foster Youth (JIT). JIT’s mission is to engage a caring community in helping transition age (18-26) foster youth achieve self-sufficiency and well-being. Sophia will share more about their organization and the My First Home Program we’ll be supporting in November with our district grant.
